it is time for the first social of the new NSCDS year! It is something called A Flat Crawl and it includes free food, so keep reading.
Time: 3rd October (Wednesday next week!), 7pm
Place: meet in front of Teviot, moving on together from there
What: A multiple course meal in different flats, cooked and hosted by some lovely committee members.
And to put it more vocal: on Wednesday next week we will be daring the terrible winds and the very probable rain together, in order to get good food and good company and to experience the comes-in-many-shapes-and-sizes flats of Edinburgh. We will meet up at Teviot at 7pm and head up to the first flat together. It will be a proper three-course meal, I promise you won’t be hungry afterwards. And if you miss dancing, you are more than welcome to skip-step the whole way. After the meal, if we are not completely fed up with each other, we’ll head to have a nice sit in The Ale House (our dear regular Thursday pub).
For the sake of flat sizes we will have a sign-up for this, so be fast! It’s free food and a good chance to have a chat with all the people you dance with. You can sign up by either sending me an e-mail (siri.juulia@gmail.com or press the answer button) or on a sign-up list that will be there on Thursday classes, that is, tomorrow. The preference is given to Freshers (as we all want to get to know you guys!), but there will be a waiting list for the old members (same method of signing up) and if we feel we can fit you in, we will tell you. If you’re not yet a member of New Scotland, do sign up, so that we know you’re worth getting to know 😉 If you cannot come join the meals, for some reason or another, please join us in the pub, we should be there shortly after 10pm.
